The exhibition floor plan is organized into sections based on three main conference themes: Power Generation, Transmission & Distribution, Renewable Energy. Exhibitors are advised to review the location plan before making their selections.

Payment
  • A minimum deposit amount is needed to secure reservation.
  • Deposit payment must be made within 30 days of invoice date
  • Payment in US Dollars (USD) and Thai Baht (THB) Only
  • Payment by Telegraphic Transfer and Credit Card
Value Added
Tax (VAT)
  • Listed amounts are not inclusive of VAT
  • VAT is charged at the prevailing rate of 7%
Deadlines
  • Sponsor/Exhibitor Material Deadline is 07 November 2025 or as agreed with N.C.C. Management and Development Ltd.
  • All deadlines are based on Thailand Time (GMT +7). The cut-off time will be 11:55pm on the specified deadline date.
  • Early bird rate expires on 30 June 2025. If booked after 30 June 2025, fees will increase.
  • Print and digital media cannot include materials that are received after the sponsor/exhibitor material deadline.
