Sponsorship & Exhibition Options & Rates

The exhibition floor plan is organized into sections based on three main conference themes: Power Generation, Transmission & Distribution, Renewable Energy. Exhibitors are advised to review the location plan before making their selections.

Payment	A minimum deposit amount is needed to secure reservation. Deposit payment must be made within 30 days of invoice date Payment in US Dollars (USD) and Thai Baht (THB) Only Payment by Telegraphic Transfer and Credit Card
Value Added Tax (VAT)	Listed amounts are not inclusive of VAT VAT is charged at the prevailing rate of 7%
Deadlines	Sponsor/Exhibitor Material Deadline is 07 November 2025 or as agreed with N.C.C. Management and Development Ltd. All deadlines are based on Thailand Time (GMT +7). The cut-off time will be 11:55pm on the specified deadline date. Early bird rate expires on 30 June 2025. If booked after 30 June 2025, fees will increase. Print and digital media cannot include materials that are received after the sponsor/exhibitor material deadline.
