Technical Tours

We are excited to share that technical tours are being planned for the event. These tours offer exclusive insights into operations hosted by leading utilities including Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT), Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA), Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA), PTT Public Company Limited (PTT) and more. Don’t miss this opportunity to gain firsthand knowledge from industry leaders.

Details will be announced as soon as they are finalized. Interested participants are encouraged to check back on the event web page for updates or email the Secretariat for enquiries.

Information

  • The tour schedules will be aligned with the operating hours of the venues
  • The technical tour fee rates are applicable for one day.
  • Because some facilities operate across multiple locations, the start/end time for each tour will vary based on the travel distance and the number of sites to see.
  • The paid fee includes transfers and refreshments. Lunch is included on all full-day tours.
  • Every tour leaves and returns to the event location (QSNCC).

Policy: Participation, Cancellation, fees, Refunds and Liability Terms

  • To guarantee your reservation, full payment is required.
  • Booking will close as soon as all available places are filled.
  • If registrants cancel or withdraw, there won’t be a refund. However, IEEE PES GTD ASIA 2025 will refund payment if the technical tour is cancelled owing to low participation.
  • Technical tours do not come with insurance and participants are in charge of getting their own.
  • Technical tour participants consent to indemnify IEEE PES GTD ASIA 2025 any claims arising from damages or injuries sustained during the tours.
